On offer is the ex. Alkor that was built in 1966 in Germany as a research ship for renowned German research institute GEOMAR. She logged an impressive 326,000nm roaming the Baltic and North Sea during that service.
In the 1990s ALK was refurbished in the Netherlands to become a private pleasure yacht. In the 2000s ALK received further upgrades to operate a submarine from her deck, all while maintaining her excellent seagoing characteristics and sturdy character.
