This Austal-built 65 metre catamaran was delivered in June 2008 to serve coastal marine transport networks. Vessel is now available for sale, as is/where is on a fairly prompt basis, Busan, South Korea.
The original specification required the craft to be fast, yet carry a high payload of vehicles for her size. On trials she achieved a record speed of 55.9kt, making her the fastest diesel-powered passenger ferry in commercial service at that time.

On offer is a classic style cruise ship of moderate size. Trading mostly around Japanese waters, she has also undertaken world cruises. Very capable and intimate ship for extended itineraries and exploring more remote destinations. -
Quality ship with ice class. She accommodates up to 550 passengers on 7 decks with all amenities. The ship was completely overhauled in 2012 and represents an excellent base for expeditionary cruising or boutique niche markets but will need a serious investment to return to service because she has been in laid-up status for several years. She was during the last years only used for accommodation purposes at a shipyard, mainly for the US Navy. Now will be sold in an auction process. In the recent past the ship has been operated within the Offshore Wind sector for many years as a survey and guard vessel to carry out surveys of varoius kinds. The vessel has been prepared for a potential conversion into a sailing ship with foundation for masts, ballast, etc. Various drawings and calculations available on request.
